OFI manages three distinctly different residential models. Each is staffed by Independent Living Skills Counselors who are responsible for engaging the individuals in independent living skills. Duties of the job include assisting, encouraging and training in household chores, grocery shopping, medication management, cooking, and social recreational activities.
