ERIC VANDERVILLE
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Eric Vanderville is the Founder and President of OFI. He was born in the mountains of California and raised in Marin County . He began working with people with developmental disabilities in his first year of high school. In college he majored in Psychology and Business, simultaneously administering programs for people with autism. In 1991, at the age of 27, he incorporated OFI.

PAUL ALLEN-DAVENPORT
Paul Allen has been with OFI since 1999 and is the Coordinator of our STEP program. He received a BS in Public Administration and a minor in Theatre from Georgia College and State University . He tells everyone he comes into contact with: “This is the best place I have ever worked at”.

ANDREA AMSDEN
Andrea Amsden is an accomplished HR Executive, SPHR/SHRM Certified, with extensive qualifications in all core generalist functions.
Prior to joining OFI, Andrea was Administrative Director for Alameda Hospital where she led strategic change management for two primary business departments; and spent 4 years as HR Manager at Alameda Hospital for which her primary responsibility was managing the activity of the Human Resources administration for approximately 580 employees in an acute-care hospital, multi-union environment.
Previous to this, Andrea held various positions in Human Resources managing corporate programs, driving process change, budget responsibility and leading senior management collaborative efforts to create and manage administrative operational policies, procedures and systems.
Originally from Southern California, Andrea now resides in Richmond.

AMANDA BRADY
Amanda Brady has worked in the field of social services for the past 7 years while pursuing her education. In 2006 Amanda came to OFI when a client she had been supporting at The College of Marin graduated and entered our Supported Living Program. Amanda started as a Skills Trainer in Supported Living, and quickly moved up to a managerial role, Coordinator of Support Services, in the spring of 2007. Amanda enjoys the work she does, and continues to live and work by the golden rule "treat others how you want to be treated," in hopes that each individual receives the same love and respect as the person next to them.

MARY CONSOLACION
Mary Consolacion is OFI’s Receptionist and has been with us since 1997. She began as a client in our NOVA Day Program and soon graduated to our Community Employment Program where after 3 years she became our full time Receptionist. Mary is a multi gold medal earner in tennis with the Special Olympics.

ANNE-MARIE COWSILL
Anne-Marie began working at OFI in the fall of 2004 and is now a Coordinator of Support Services. She was born in Berkeley and grew up in Canada, where she gained over 10 years experience serving at-risk youth dealing with a variety of issues including violence, substance abuse and developmental disabilities. She has traveled widely and has volunteered overseas with several foreign aid groups. Anne-Marie graduated with honors from San Francisco State University, receiving a B.A. in Film Production. She and her husband live in Marin and enjoy the Bay Area's wide range of cultural and outdoor activities.

ANTOINETTE HENDERSON
Antoinette Henderson is the Coordinator of our NOVA Day Program and has been here since 1997. Tonie has worked her way up from a Skills Trainer to a Senior Skills Trainer and finally as our Coordinator in 2001. She supervises a staff of 9 and is responsible for the daily management of the program.

LAURA IRWIN
Laura Irwin has been with OFI since 1992. In her years with the agency she has managed our Level 4 group home, worked as a relief counselor in the STEP program, both as line staff and as coordinator of the Lincoln Avenue Apartments and is now enjoying her days as OFI's Office Manager. Laura has worked in the rewarding field of social services since 1987.

JOANNA LANGENHAN
Joanna Langenhan has been with OFI since 2006. She began as an ILS Counselor and is now the Coordinator of the Lincoln Avenue Apartment Program. Joanna received a BA in English and Writing and minors in Film Studies, Shakespeare Studies, and Theatre Arts from Southern Oregon University. She lives in Marin with her family.

DONNA LITTLE
Ms. Little has been OFI’s Controller since 1997. She received her BS in Accounting from San Francisco State University . She is responsible for all accounting, payroll, budgeting and financial reporting.

SUZANNE NATHANS
Suzanne Nathans is Director of Supported Living Services. She has been directing and developing programs and services here at OFI for more than 10 years, starting with Community Employment and Job Placement Services in 1996. Suzanne has lead OFI teams in receiving three accreditation awards from The National Organization for the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and was instrumental in starting Supported Living in 2003. MATTHEW TARVER-WAHLQUIST
Matthew Tarver-Wahlquist became OFI’s Day Programs Director in summer of 2007 after a short period as Residential Director and four years working as an Independent Living Skills Counselor at the Leafwood Adult Residential Facility. He received a B.A. in Evolutionary Biology from Dartmouth College in 1999 and is completing a Master’s in Russian Literature at San Francisco State University. Matthew lived in Brisbane, Australia from 1999-2001 as a baseball player and coach. His interests include the Russian language, the game of cricket, and traveling to the former Soviet Republics.

KENDRA VARA
Kendra has been with OFI since 2007. As Development Associate, Kendra is responsible for grant writing and fundraising. Kendra received her BA in Political Science from Georgia State University. She has 8 siblings, the youngest five of whom are adopted and have developmental disabilities, so she has been involved with the disability community all her life. Kendra lives in San Francisco with her husband.
